I already set up my mobile account. I have gotten texts from Twitter, and I have updates for when people tweet. But I don't know how to update my own status via cell phone. I've sent my tweet to the right number, but it won't update. What is wrong?

I have an unlimited text plan on orange. I live in Scotland and wanted to know how much it would cost for me to recieve texts from twitter (like updates from the people I am following) and also how much it would be for me to text my tweets to twitter. Thanks x

My phone company is AT&T and I get 200 texts a month. My question is, what will I be charged for using any of those texts on Twitter? In other words, will I be charged anything else (besides the paid texts) using Twitter via my phone?
