Will I Be Charged Extra For Using Twitter On My Cell Phone?

My phone company is AT&T and I get 200 texts a month. My question is, what will I be charged for using any of those texts on Twitter? In other words, will I be charged anything else (besides the paid texts) using Twitter via my phone?
