One of the people I follow (that sounds horrible. I'm a follower) tweeted that she just got out of twitter jail. What is twitter jail and why would you be there?

I'm asking because everywhere, I'm tired of hearing people complaining about the media and music because, it makes children be violent and curse and have sexual behavior.

I'm considering getting me and my friends to stay more connected through twitter. Do you know if twitter will ever send a text message ad if you use twitter on your cell phone? Do they ever give your number out to 3rd parties?

I deactivated myself on Monday night, tried to reactivate it on Tuesday and received the message that I would receive a confirmation email shortly. Well, I never received the email and I've tried emailing/contacting facebook so many times since then and not one single reply yet!

Id like to get this experience but don't know where to begin. I appreciate suggestions and professional advice.

I deactivated my Facebook and it showed me a list of 5 friends who "miss me". How does Facebook generate that list? Is it based on who you interact with, or who looks at your account? Some of the people are people I barley talk to on Facebook.
