How Do You Upload A Picture To Twitter?

I’ve been trying to add a JPG picture to my twitter page, but it doesn’t seem to work. It refreshes and tells me that the picture was uploaded successfully, but nothing shows up except the generic icon. I have tried resizing the picture also. What might be the problem?

How Can I See My Facebook Profile Picture On Google Images?

I need a picture at school, but they have blocked facebook websites. But some of my friends can find their pictures on google images. Help?
