How Do I Post Pics On Twitter? And Why Are My Mobile Twitter Status Updates Not Posting?

I went online today and found that the past few tweets I sent from my cell never updated to my account. Why? I checked “devices” and my cell is still updated and showing active. Also, how do I send a pic to Twitter?
