Social Media Marketing

I'm asking because everywhere, I'm tired of hearing people complaining about the media and music because, it makes children be violent and curse and have sexual behavior.

Maybe this is impossible. But I have a relative who goes nuts on facebook and the whole highlights section in the right column is filled with lists of celebrities he has become a "fan" of. I would like to get rid of this without deleting him as a Facebook friend. How do I do this?
