How Can I Stop My Facebook Feed From Being Sent To My Hotmail Account?

Is there something on Facebook where I can disactivate this information from going to my Hotmail account. If you don't understand what I mean by 'feed', I mean things like "Bill Anderson commented on Alexandra Johnston's picture" and things like that. There must be something on the Help section or something to stop it. If you know how, help me out! Best Answer goes to the first most helpful answer.
