Question by Kurt: what does "web 2.0" really mean/stand for?
I have seen websites saying "web 2.0 enabled" and "web 2.0 technology" when they are no different from any other site. What gives?

Somewhere, a group of people had a business meeting and heard that "web 2.0" sounds innovative. Then, thinking that their website should "pop" more, they put the phrase up there to make it more proactive and outside-the-box. A job well done.
