How Do I Get My Videos In Iphoto To Upload In Facebook?

I uploaded some videos from a digital camera so naturally, they uploaded to iPhoto. Unfortunately, I already deleted everything off my camera. I tried to upload them on facebook but it wouldn't work so I tried to put them in iMovie but they won't budge.
Does anyone know how I can get them in iMovie or do something else so they'll upload on facebook?
