Social Media Marketing

I don't have time to keep up with my facebook account and wish to delete it (it is currently inactivated) I cannot find any obvious and easy way of removing it and all my details. Surely the owners don't make it deliberately difficult to delete personal information.

I have a video that is a little over three minutes long, and I can't upload it on the video application on facebook because they have to be less than 2 minutes. Is there another way I can upload it to my facebook page? WP Autoblog Plugin
