Specifically, I have a site that is aggregator of rss feeds. How do I push all those feeds into one on Twitter?

As far as I know, twitter doesn except RSS feeds. You have to use the twitter web page or some other twitter client ot post. I don’t believe they allow automated postings. Are you talkng about taking your twitter feed FROM twiter into an RSS feed?
It is a social networking site.. you need to socialize.. it is more powerful than just sending your rss feeds.. and will have lower bounce rate if you share will real friends..
