I created a group so i am the admin shouldn’t there be a way to kick out an annoying member ?? and what is it ?? please

yes make it invitation only
Click on the button below your group image/logo called ‘Edit Members’
Search the page for the ‘annoying’ member and click ‘Remove’ to remove them from your group.
If your group has alot of members you can usually search each page using your browsers ‘Find’ feature which can usually be opened using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + F.
